I understand this is a subscription. Payments of monthly and annual subscription options will process automatically on the schedule you selected at the time of purchase. RLK Digital LLC and / or Language Arts Teachers will appear on your payment form / receipt / credit card / PayPal statement for any membership or product option. Due to the electronic nature of this product and the fact that access to the membership cannot be “returned” once granted, LanguageArtsTeachers.com has a no refunds policy.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you will be able to cancel any future payments as long as you submit your cancellation request via email to contact@languageartsteachers.com at least 72 hours prior to the payment processing date. We cannot guarantee your cancellation request will be processed in time if it occurs within 72 hours of 12:00am EST on the billing date. The billing process is automated, but the cancellation process must be handled manually. You are responsible for maintaining awareness of your purchase and of your own processing date based on the date you joined the membership.

There will be no partial (or prorated) refunds on monthly OR quarterly OR annual payments. Cancellations will be effective once the cancellation request via email has processed. In order to ensure no further charges once a cancelation request has been made, we must have that request a minimum of 3 business days prior to the next charge. This means members will lose access to the lesson plan area once they request cancelation, even if there is still time left before the next renewal date.
