I understand there are no refunds provided for this event due to the digital, immediate access that is provided upon purchase. There is no way to return access once it's granted as a result of purchase. I understand I am purchasing access to the MSELA Summit for Middle School ELA Teachers, but that topics, speakers, and other attendees will also include upper elementary through high school as well. Technology is unpredictable, and refunds are not granted due to temporary tech issues whether on the consumer's end or on the MSELA Summit end.
